Lilian has solid financial and accounting experience. Her previous engaged industries and companies include healthcare industry (ConvaTec Group), logistics industry (Rinchem Company, Inc), and manufacturing (Unisteel Fastening Systems). Lilian received her MBA from University of Canberra and her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Shandong University. Lilian is also qualified as U.S. Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
