Han is a data scientist with a background in computational biology. Prior to joining Pivotal, she worked as a data scientist in a market research platform company. Before that, she worked in an online insurance trading company as a data scientist. She has about three years of experience in applying machine learning in industry. She is skilled in statistical analysis and visualization, building and evaluating supervised learning models on cloud computing platform. She has a passion to explore the cutting–edge development of life sciences and its real–world application. Han holds a Ph.D. in Computational Biology and a M.S. in Statistics from University of Southern California, and a B.S. in Biology from University of Science and Technology of China.
